Elevated Movements builds human sustainability systems inside mission-driven organizations — so that impact doesn't come at the cost of the people delivering it.

Why we exist
Elevated Movements began as a space created by and for women of color — to rest, rise, and lead. We know our brilliance fuels families, movements, and entire sectors, yet the systems around us weren't built with our full humanity in mind.
This is about more than self-care. It's about building cultures where leaders can sustain their impact without being depleted by it.
That lived experience became the lens we bring to every organization we partner with. It's why our work goes deeper than a typical leadership engagement — and why the leaders we serve trust us with what matters most.
Burnout isn't a personal failure. It's a systems failure — the slow erosion that happens when organizations treat people as resources to spend rather than assets to sustain.
Human Asset Depreciation™ · A framework by Shria TomlinsonThe founder
Shria Tomlinson is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, leadership strategist, and founder of Elevated Movements. Her work starts with a provocation: burnout isn't a personal failure, it's a systems failure. She calls it Human Asset Depreciation — and her mission is to help leaders and organizations reverse that pattern before it becomes irreversible.
With over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience, including C-Suite roles, Shria brings the practitioner's perspective and the strategist's eye in equal measure. Her approach integrates CliftonStrengths, the seven types of rest, and her proprietary I.N.T.E.N.T.I.O.N. framework as organizational infrastructure — not wellness add-ons.
Through facilitation, leadership development, strategic partnership, and intentional AI-supported systems, she helps organizations embed sustainable leadership practices into team culture, daily habits, and operational design.

Our method
Most wellness programs bolt rest onto a system that's still designed to deplete people. We design the sustainability in — across three layers.
CliftonStrengths as the shared language for how individuals and teams actually lead — and where their energy comes from.
The seven types of rest, built into how teams work — not as a perk, but as a design principle for sustained performance.
The proprietary I.N.T.E.N.T.I.O.N. framework, embedding sustainable leadership into culture, daily habits, and operational design.
The full I.N.T.E.N.T.I.O.N. framework is introduced in engagements and facilitation. (Expand here once cleared for public detail.)
Our philosophy
It isn't a tagline. It's a design principle — the order of operations for leadership that lasts.
